3scouts is an AI-powered collectables monitoring and appraisal service operated as a sole trader business domiciled in the Republic of Ireland. By using 3scouts you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
3scouts monitors publicly available eBay listings on your behalf, applies AI vision analysis to identify potential matches with your brief, and provides appraisal guidance to assist your purchasing decisions.
3scouts offers three free Deep Analysis appraisals to any visitor — no card, no subscription, no commitment required. Submit an item via the "Value an Item" form on the homepage and receive a full professional appraisal by email.
These free appraisals are limited to three per person/email address. Further appraisals require a subscription or top-up purchase.
3scouts operates on a monthly rolling subscription basis. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Your card will be charged in USD — your bank or card issuer will convert to your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate. Subscriptions are billed automatically on the same date each month via Stripe.

New to 3scouts? Your first 3 appraisals are free with no card required — try the service before you subscribe. Subscriptions begin when you choose to subscribe, are charged immediately, and can be cancelled at any time.
Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled. You will receive a payment receipt after each renewal. You may cancel at any time via your Stripe billing portal or by contacting [email protected].
You may cancel your 3scouts subscription at any time with no penalty and no questions asked. To cancel:

Additional Deep Analyses beyond your monthly allowance may be purchased as a top-up at $2.99 per 10 reports, via your account at 3scouts.com. Top-ups are a one-time purchase and do not auto-renew.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store. If you subscribe or purchase a top-up within the 3scouts iOS app, payment is charged to your Apple ID account and the transaction is processed and managed by Apple under Apple's terms. Subscriptions purchased through the App Store renew automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel these subscriptions, and request refunds, only through your Apple account settings — not through 3scouts. Purchases made on 3scouts.com are processed by Stripe and managed through your 3scouts account.
You will be notified when your Deep Analysis allowance is running low.
3scouts appraisals are estimates based on available photographic evidence and comparable sales data. They do not constitute professional valuations, certified authentications, or guarantees of any kind. 3scouts strongly recommends independent expert verification before making any significant purchase.
3scouts is not responsible for purchasing decisions made on the basis of its alerts or appraisals. The responsibility for any purchase decision rests entirely with the subscriber.
In most circumstances, purchases made through eBay are covered by eBay's Money Back Guarantee. If an item you receive is not as described or materially differs from the listing, eBay's Buyer Protection policy generally entitles you to a full refund. We encourage all subscribers to familiarise themselves with eBay's buyer protection terms before making any purchase.
3scouts is not affiliated with eBay and cannot guarantee the outcome of any eBay Buyer Protection claim.
3scouts uses commercially reasonable efforts to provide a continuous and reliable monitoring service. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and accept no liability for:
In the event of a significant service outage lasting more than 48 hours, affected subscribers will receive a pro-rata credit on their next billing cycle.
All 3scouts subscription prices and top-up charges are denominated in US Dollars (USD). This reflects the global nature of the service and aligns with our primary cost base.
If you are based outside the United States, your bank or card provider will convert the USD charge to your local currency at their prevailing rate at the time of billing. 3scouts has no control over exchange rates or any foreign transaction fees your bank may apply.
Stripe, our payment processor, may display an estimated local currency equivalent at checkout. This is for guidance only — the charge made to your card will be in USD.
Subscribers may not use 3scouts for any unlawful purpose, to monitor listings for the purpose of fraud or deception, or to resell or redistribute 3scouts appraisal reports without permission. 3scouts reserves the right to terminate any subscription where misuse is suspected, without refund.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising from the use of 3scouts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
